The Road I traveled!

Hi! I am Dr Hemalatha R, a Neoway Academy Certified NLP & Accelerated Learning Skills Coach and Certified NLP Transformation Coach.

My Journey:

I was a Pediatric Nurse, an educator, trainer for over 25 years supporting children teens and young adults to lead lives that is inspiring and empowering.

My work was fulfilling and rewarding, yet, I sensed that my calling was to make a difference in other people's lives in more ways than what was known to me .

In 2018, I embarked on a new journey with NLP and Coaching with Neoway Academy , and the meaning and purpose of my life got lot more clearer.

Living through NLP, I was able to harness the power of creating a change within oneself without waiting for others to make changes.

NLP helped me understand that people have all the resources within them and make their decisions based on the choices that are known to them at that time.

When they become aware of the newer choices, they will make different decisions that make their life more meaningful.

The one big thing that NLP and Coaching have taught me is that change starts from within and starts with me. I am on the pursuit of reinventing myself and also helping others to discover their fullest potential and feel expansive.
